I understand disconnecting and reconnecting would also cause a switch but certain MAC/IP combinations got the same CPC EVERY time. Must of just been a fluke.. Also changing the MAC back to its original would get the same IP back. This is simply due to the way VM's IP "stick" to MACs. Incase you haven't noticed it is possible to have a static IP or a sticky IP. You're saying every reconnection is random ITS NOT.
