Interesting definition of Wise, and possibly legal He publicly stated he was in favour of the bid before he was put in charge of it, and showed a personal relationship (by swapping all the texts) with the people in charge of a company he is supposed to have made an impartial decision over.

David Cameron is apparently just as "wise" by publicly supporting a man who could drag his government under.
