Had tivo sort of installed but the engineer never finished the install. The box came up with "no service found" - I have tried a direct connect and split at the box then connected via ethernet and still no joy - I have another engineer coming tuesday to swap out the box ti the 1 terragig box as I should have had installed.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
