Tivo was less than a year to soft-launch; on-schedule, and around 3 months after that for availability to current subscribers. Again, on-schedule. No not "everything". I'm sure there are other examples but I don't take note of when things are announced and finally arrives.

Again, VM could announce everything that they're doing, or going to do, but then when it doesn't happen for whatever reason, people will moan. So they don't announce anything and people moan.
