Don't mean to offend, my Father and all his family are from Scotland, but if Scotland goes it alone then it is effectivly resigning from Great Britain... British being the first word of BBC. Yes you could say that Scotland is in the British Isles, but then so is Ireland but i don't think any one pushes that point to far
