He's meant to be world class but still after 20 season can't take a corner. He's played about 100 games as a striker and never got to grips with the role. I feel if he hadn't been there so long he wouldn't win the league. I'd argue over his time Scholes, Beckham or Schmeical were all better and more consistent players than Giggs will ever be. It's as if he came into the side at 17 with bags of talent so thought he didn't need to bother developing any further |
I agree with this somewhat, fergie himself said giggs only turned up for one match in three in his heyday, it'll be less now no doubt
