I'm not sure what's happening with BT but this article seems to suggest there will be a separate order for them as they were not included in the first order .I don't know if it is just a poorly worded article but it definitely suggests that BT have their own plans which may not be just a simple blocking of the ip address

BT has been granted more time to respond to an order to block The Pirate Bay that was handed down by the UK's High Court in London late on Friday afternoon.
