You won't be able to get the TV remote to control the Virgin box. However, the TV shouldn't respond to remote control presses intended for the Virgin box. If the TV is connected to the internet, get it to search for software updates. Failing that search on
Samsung's support website for an update, or contact their Technical Support department.
