Hi guys, here is my chart with all it's beautiful colors (10 Meg connection)

VM is adamant there is no over-subscription or congestion issues in my area, so after Shub change and forward path attenuator installation nothing else can be done to solve this mysterious problem. Needless to say, no internet here in the evenings.
