Yeah they do unfortunately force interleaving on the line. Apparently its set at 32ms by default

. I emailed Sky last night to check the interleaving issue and got a reply from an advisor who never answered the question and sent me a bog standard slow speed checklist. Probably didnt know what interleaving is.
So am i correct in thinking then qas that the higher green on mine might be because of the distance from the exchange and therefore i cannot get it lowered? Im in Scotland too and Samknows says im 1.58km from the exchange although that is straight line distance. Im a total noob with ADSL having been with Virgin for my broadband since the Cabletel days.
