Once again, very basic logic. There are two options.
Up to 40/10
Up to 80/20
BT have offered you an expected speed of at least 60/20.
If as you claim, 80/20 is not available in your area, which of the above two options do you think you are being offered?

Since you can get at least 60/20, something other than 40/10 (and 40/2) must be available. You claim 80/20 is not available in your area, leaving zero options, a logical impossibility.
Therefore, if I am wrong, so is BT Retail, who sells the service, and Openreach, who run the cabinets and sells the service to BT are also wrong.
Please stop trying to insult me when it's pretty damn obvious you're the one without a clue, and who constantly makes up his posts.
