is available in your area.
Your estimate of 60/20 is above 40/10 and the only option available above 40/10 is 80/20. Basic logic therefore suggests 80/20 is must be available in your area otherwise your estimate would be limited to 40/10. 60 is simply the maximum (BT estimate) your line support

They rolled out Infinity itself area by area, and continue to do so. The 80/20 upgrade was applied to all 40/10 areas at the same time. We're talking about the doubling of speed in existing Infinity areas here, not the rollout of FTTC itself.
All areas that have Infinity also have at least 80/20 available. Areas that don't have Infinity at all obviously don't have 80/20.
