ok checked with neighbour. He been busy so hasnt tested in mornings etc. but today he is hitting 45mbit down and 9mbit up. Thats on vmspeed.com not speedtest.net. 5 downstreams. I am getting my full 30mbit on vmspeed.com.

Also to add he keeps reporting the low speeds, I gave him ceo contact details to use for next week now as clearly this extra DS channel isnt adequate.
