Well..........not a very good start. Got in from work tonight after TiVo installed at 8am this morning to find out it wasn't working !! Great !!

It was just showing the "Starting up.." screen. I left it for a while but still nothing, I then tried the obligatory switch off, wait 10 seconds, then back on again but still nothing. So i called CS who said they will escalate the prob to Area Manager as was a "less than 12 hour old install". Also said they will send signals down the line to see if it made any difference. They would call me back shortly.

About 15 mins later a very helpful girl called Vicky called who assured me she would try and get prob sorted and that AT THE LATEST an engineer will be with me tomorrow night (Friday). Then all of a sudden about 8.45 tonight it flickered into life

Sadly not all good news as Catch Up / On Demand not working....

I was going to cancel engineer call-out but as these services not working I'm going to let him call and hopefully check EVERYTHING out for me
