I'm just downloading Ice Cream Sandwich via the update on my phone and NOT via Kies. For some reason,automatic update didn't alert me so I am doing it manually.

Package is 223.46mb,should take around 20 minutes via Wi-Fi

Then after the download....another 20 minutes installing.
