Just get use to it. If you have a V+ it works in different ways.If you have not had, one then I am sure you will get on with very well. The main complaints are the "lack" of certain V+features. Which some people love & some people feel are a outdated. Each to their own
I have always found the installers to be more than helpful - perhaps I`ve been lucky or its just the shotgun I carry when they are here !!!!
