I really don't see what that has to do with it. It doesn't matter how many options you have, each screen could have numbers in front of the choices and it wouldn't be a problem. If it worked on a 'dumb V+' then surely it should work on the sophisticated Tivo.
'More options' does not have to equal 'more complicated' and 'less user friendly'. (Yes, I know this is Virgin Media, but still.) There seems to be this idea that because Tivo has more options it has to be harder to navigate but why on Earth would that have to be the case?
