Again, your opinion and I would disagree. If the OP had said stated "I have a problem in my area" then I could not have said anything. (I might still have posted in sympathy though!) But to belittle Virgin Media's
entire network is simply preposterous.

That will never happen this instance because I would never be as inconsiderate to assume that VM's entire network is broken simply because I am having some problem with my connection
