I paid full price for both my 1TB tivos a year ago. And many years ago, when I joined cable, Introductary offers hadn't even been invented
So you are right, but introductary offers have been par for the course for the past couple of years and I really don't have a problem with them. Treating current customers differently OTOH leads to resentment from those not given special deals and all companies, including VM, deserve the flac they get for it.
