I believe that IF customers have a gripe on a service that you pay for, and if you find something on the SAME company, that is different to what has been offered to you, then that is wrong.

IF you are a new customer, then you are entitled to an offer, with attachment.

But, if you are a customer, that is not under contract, then you should be treated as a new contract.

I have been with Sky for the past twenty years, And l only decided to obtain a Tivo (what this thread is about), after reading the VM website.

VM are two faced, you speak with CS, and get told one story, and someone else tells you a different one - are they on commission ?.

I will give it another week and go to a provider that treats me as a customer, and NOT as commission bait.

One again members thanks for your help and support.
Might be an idea for VM to consider... if an out of contract cust wants to get a FREE TiVo then they must sign a new contract for 12-18 months?
