Considering the amount of money there raise in there tax i would expect a decent level of professionalism from them. And before you say it i know its not a tax but it might has well be as it is forced on anyone who owns a TV even if they do NOT watch the BBC

It is a tax however it is dressed up , as is NI but thats for another place & time
