Tax duty new loophole found to avoid stamp duty osborne setup

http://www.spearswms.com/spears-worl...oopholes.thtml

I just wish we could just sling there arses in jail at times. It must be heart breaking that only weeks these clever evil tax lawyers broken another policy.

Then again should tax people been clever enough to see the way they could found new avoidance.

Quote:
One of the new avoidance schemes, marketed by a handful of London-based solicitors, involves buyers signing multiyear leases that are automatically renewed on a rolling basis. As the value of each lease is much less than the freehold of the house, the top rate of stamp duty can be circumvented.
