As a whole I think it's all well and fine (as far as the limits go), but certainly a little unfair for those that signed up to previously unmanaged services...
One thing I have noticed in the last couple of weeks is that torrents (and yes, I'm one of the few that actually uses it for business reasons)
seem to go *vastly* slower.
Now, that could be because Virgin are being weird about P2P stuff, or possibly because of my wholly unsuccessful upgrade to 100mb not so long ago.
Strange things be happenin' that's for sure!
