Ofcom says 0800 should be free from any phone.

Ofcom announced today that it wants to see all 0800 calls to be free of charge, no matter whether the call is from a fixed line or mobile.

They are also proposing to clarify call charges on all 08, 09 & 118 numbers when a non BT line is being used.
