Except that stat means nothing. If you had a ground..that have 100 penalty shouts, and only 4 were given...and another..that had only 3 penalty shouts, of which two were given...how is the stat that the ground given 4 is more likely to be given a penalty against?
It doesn't make sense...you are only trying to use a stat to prove a point, without all the facts. I suspect I could prove lots of things with half truths.
Quote me the stat that tells us how many claims of penalties..and of which those that should have been given..that would make more sense
