. Most of the IP address info they will have is because people are still idiotic enough to use public trackers to get there fix. I am fairly confident they will have no ip information from any private trackers, Newsgroup or Ftp sources. If users stick to none public sources then they will significantly reduce the chance of being targeted by those that carry out the speculative invoicing scam.
