Amazes me that they keep putting up the duty, knowing people are struggling, not just now, but well, since the econonomic crisis started

So why are they doing it?

I don't drive myself, but my mum does and she'd had to give up her part time job, because it costs to much in petrol and isn't worth the money anymore.
