Whereabouts is NN29?
I am in NN10 and had total loss last night with similar symptoms, modem rebooting etc except I think my issue may be either the modem itself or SNR issues...
PLEASE do persevere in trying to get to tech support, the more reports they get the better it will be for us... one day they may even look in to it... lol
