Maybe the doctors are worried about being held accountable for poor service .You yourself have been very vocal about the rubbish service you have recieved in the past from your gp and local hospital ,the changes are designed to give the GP's total control of 80% of the entire NHS budget ,in other words Athur ,
the spending power is being taken out of government hands and given to the GP's ,who do you think will spend it wiser ?
