Well in our little local non A&E hospital we park outside the grounds because it's not worth paying the fees.
Unfortunately the big central 5 miles away A&E hospital isn't anywhere near local cheap parking or ordinary housing estate streets so we have to use what's available.We often have to queue as well.And they have built a new multi storey carpark in the grounds as well.

It's a nightmare if you have someone needing a wheelchair as the space for dropping off is too small and exposed to passing traffic.
