If anyone believes they have been mis sold payment protection insurance whatever you do don't use a claims company , i sent ONE letter to RBS for mis sold ppi and recieved over £10000 back , had i used a claims company they would have charged me around £3000 , i think thats a bit excessive for the price of a stamp
