coroner rule water authority responsible for the UK's worst mass water poisoning

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cornwall-17367243

Think its very worrying situation hope it never happens again should there be better safeguard to prevent mistakes. Coroner of Carole cross ruled water authority gambled with as many 20,000 peoples lives. How many more cornwall residents from 1988 period got accessive aluminium in the brain through this even died without knowledge to this. The water authority accidently put aluminium sulphate into the wrong treatment.

this is going to cause many litergations I feel especially reading the following.

Quote:
Despite being inundated with nearly 1,000 complaints, the then South West Water Authority (SWWA) insisted the water was safe to drink and advised customers to disguise the "foul" taste by mixing it with orange juice to make it more palatable.
