Didn't BA start up a budget airline, but failed miserably, and then it was bought out?
BA are struggling at doing what they know best, so to branch out into something that they aren't any good at would be suicide.
You only want them shut down because you are obsessed with BA for some reason.
For someone with strong socialist views, your ways of running an airline are very elitist, and go completely against socialist principals.

I am suggesting this so that they do not reduce standards on full service airlines (becuase full service airlines are trying to compete with low cost ones)
