Food Hygiene

I have read in several newspapers in my area of London where fast food shops, and restaurants have been closed down due to poor hygiene.

And the owners have claimed that it is a hard fought business and they lose money, all the time - this is no excuse for poor hygiene.

I worked in hygiene for 15 years, and the things that l have seen would make your hair curl, what a major problem with these outlets are that all they want is the money coming through the door, they are not concerned with the health problems that effect the paying customer, which can make people very ill, and sometimes it can prove fatal.

Its about time the local authorities cracked down on all these outlets to make it safer for the paying customer who have a good meal without any complications.
