What?? I was paying for XL !!!!!!
We WERE ON XL, they rang me, i did not ring them, I think it is misleading to say we will keep your broadband the same, when they have not, they have lowered it a tier from XL to L.

How could it annoy you as you're paying for L, if you want 60Mb then pay for XL like the rest of us?
