I hope she had the sense to tell Trick about that, though I have a feeling she didn't.

And how the hell is an old masonry nail going to help Nadia? More to the point, I have my suspicions about that - how did Nadia catch a Fae disease, being the only human there who did? Moreover, what was the Ash doing in the Congo? Hmm. I rather suspect foul, i.e. Fae, play here...
