RSSI is received signal strength indicator, and higher is better as higher means you are receiving a stronger signal. While it's not the only factor in network performance, all else equal a stronger signal is almost better.

I should mention that's higher the the mathematical sense. i.e. -33 is higher than -77 even while the number itself after the minus sign is smaller.

If your HH3 and Superhub are next to each other and those are the readings you're getting, at least one of the two or your laptop's wireless card is broken.
