This is not directly related to VM which is why i posted here instead.

I installed a program called inSIIDer and an option comes RSSI, now i just wanted to know if a lower or higher value is better. And how to improve it, as i get very weak signal in some of the rooms in my home.

My BT HH3 comes at -65 and my VM Superhub is about -33. My superhub is on the 5GHz band.
