Will second that, spoke to a guy in Liverpool this morning, he couldn't have done more or been more helpful - he needed to speak to second line, but due to the long queue he called me back as promised. Must admit in Telewest days it was always good to get a scouser accent as you knew they would normally sort things out (but being born in Birkenhead maybe I'm not as unbiased as I could be
).
