I think Virgin would get less push back from their customers if they broke down, in crystal clear terms, exactly what the price increase if for. My letter just tells me my package is going up by £5.25 per month. Why should I have to call them, or hunt through the internet to get clarification as to what this figure is for?
Totally amateur as per usual from Virgin. They never seem to get any kind of communication correct at all.
