I'm sure if I'd have asked about any price increase at the beginning of January VM would have given me the same line. There's zero chance of any company informing us of a price increase before it's officially announced.

Now when they do officially announce that it will apply to all customers, they can just say that they've reviewed their prices as they've already reserved the right to do.
