Lovefilm has more, but personally, I think the content is better on Netflix.

But it's when it comes to picture quality, that Netflix wins hands down. I could put up with the Lovefilm quality streaming as I didn't use it much (there was no other legal subscription based alternative), but seeing how good Netflix is in comparison, I try to avoid Lovefilm streaming. I joined Lovefilm for Bluerays through the post, so no biggie that the streaming quality isn't that good.
