In all fairnes to VM when the company was called NTL in my area the press they got was a lot worse, VM have in my opinion upped their game considerably since the name change.
Although it has to be said they are still not very good at handling news such as price rises.

Yes not sure about the phone line though as only certain elements have gone up not the line rental charge for instance.
