Ach misinterpreted your first post. Hadn't realised the Belkin was new and unused - at which point you'll have to do the initial setup (set network name, password, etc.). After that just turn off DHCP and connect it up LAN to LAN.

I'd assumed you had already been using the Belkin and just added a second router (no idea why!) - sorry.
