Personally I have never had a problem with any install or tech visit, but my dad was having problems with his v+ so I decided to pop up to see if a reboot would work(it never) so I phoned CS and booked an engineer. I decided to plug his old freeview box in to give him something to watch and when I went looking for the aerial wire I found it had been cut off from outside by the installer to use the hole.But my dad being who he is wouldn't let me complain.
