Well I am a satisfied average 10Mb user who gets near as dammit to 10Mbs most days so I know it's possible.I suspect that the majority of VM customers get a speed they are happy with most of the time.
Those that don't should just move on to a better provider IMHO.It's not as if there isn't plenty of choice of providers.
