Sorry as I see it & your argument I would say supports it. It is exactly that.
In my case I doubt that most of the channels, need more subsiding than the rate I pay anyway .
As I recall my costs have gone up since the lack of choice, but I am only looking a limit number of channels just across a number of packages.
