Whats not to say that VM lose customers by dropping channels meaning they need to recoup their returns from a smaller no. of customers?

Sorry, if they pay for channels that do not sell ie MAKE A LOSS how can they recoup the cost.
O` I get it I go to the supermarket pick up what I want. They add things I don`t want & charge me for them to cover the loss they make by having them of the one customer that does. What a great business plan. Tesco`s take note !!!
