Years ago, players were on a decent wage, but now the wages have gone through the roof, and clubs can no longer afford the greed of players, Spurs have a wage cap, and they still produce great players.

This is time of financial problems the fans cannot afford to go to games anymore due to the entrance fee, and this why clubs are suffering financially, like the other day l was watching Birmingham were playing and the ground was half empty.

The heavy prices that we pay for Sky and VM for packages etc mean that clubs do suffer.
