Well....they installed my shub yesterday 3pm and the install guy said poole 100mb service will be activated on 19th jan.
The thing is, my shub is borked
and can`t get nothing (on lappy now).
The engineer installed the shub and couldn`t get online, but left anyways saying, It will take a while for the shub to come online, then he left.
So I left the hub on overnight but it never came online, today had to phone in and they tested the signal down the line, and nothing worked, so they said they would sent out a engineer to change for another shub for Saturday...so i`m not a happy bunny at this moment.
